Many factors are considered when pricing a project.  Simple accents, faux finishes, murals, venetian plaster... each requires a different skill level and time allotment.  If base coats, trim and ceiling work or repairs are needed the cost is factored in.  Taxes and materials are included in estimates.

Consultations are free... at which time you will be able to view the entire portfolio with hundreds of faux samples and photos... expect to spend about 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours to cover material and discuss your particular design needs.  At this point an estimate may be supplied or if additional samples are needed they will be provided in a timely fashion and presented at another meeting.

Once the design is agreed upon and the estimate is approved... a date is determined.  Your project will have my complete attention from start to finish!  A small deposit is required to hold your date and to cover the cost of materials.

Color consultations are provided for homeowners that need guidance in selecting coordinating shades for their decor.  These consultations start at $150.00 for a two hour session.  After choices are made a sample board is given to the client to use as a shopping guide for additional furnishings and decor.  This list is also used by the paint contractor if applicable.
